Cook

Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, as a cook your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
  • Assist with menu planning
  • Cleaning & Sanitation of work area (operating, closing)
  • Clean & Sanitize equipment as directed by management
  • Assist in receiving of food products
  • Assist in proper stocking of food in fridges, stored room
  • Assist in off site catering
  • Report to work well groom, maintain clean uniform
  • Maintain cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, knives, etc.)
  • Report food quality issues to Cafeteria Manager
  • Work in compliance with health & safety procedures
  • Work in compliance food health code regulations

Qualifications:

  • Experience is an asset
  • Enjoys working in a diverse multi-cultural environment
